How do we build custom product in days?
We would love to say we keep a million-square-foot warehouse stocked with a screen in every size and color, and we just pull yours off the shelf. We are kidding. It comes down to three things: no puddles, powder coat to order, and capacity balancing.
No puddles
We designed the factory from the ground up for smooth, even flow. There is physically nowhere for your screen to sit and wait for the next step. When it comes out of the oven, it is built on the rack and packaged right there. No extra handling, and no piles of work-in-progress around the shop. We expect a screen to be boxed and ready to ship within an hour of powder coating, and every step is designed to keep it moving.
Powder coat to order
Beyond the quality gains of powder coating in-house, it lets us build the whole process around the heartbeat of the oven. We know exactly how long a screen takes to cure, so every other step is timed and synced to that beat. Think of it like a marching band, with the powder-coat oven setting the tempo at the back of the line. We are not chasing a sprint to the finish. We are running a predictable march we can plan and choreograph.
Capacity balancing
Our staffing, hours, and equipment are not matched to current demand. They are matched to a level above it. As demand grows, we raise capacity above it again. That means our team is never running at one hundred percent of what it can do every day, which gives us the shock absorbers to handle big waves of orders without falling behind. Once you fall behind, you are always playing catch-up.
The point is simple: we move fast without being frantic.
